Non cheesy wedding DJ uk
My name is Marc and i'm a professional DJ with 13 years experience playing at clubs, bars and festivals.
Music is my life and I have been very lucky to have a successful career playing music I love to people that want to party.
When i'm not playing music you can catch us attending gigs or travelling to festivals in our VW Campervan.
Our wonderful festival home from home
I'm a full time DJ and this is my only job. I feel this gives me time to fully involve myself with your wedding to ensure the music is as perfect as it can be. When i'm not rocking wedding dancefloors I am entertaining crowds in clubs and bars, you're always welcome to come and see me DJ in a live environment, some couples love hanging out before the wedding and have stayed in touch after too.
I have been DJ'ing for over 15 years now and can honestly say I really love what I do.
I have DJ'd with, for and worked alongside some of the biggest artists in the world including Kings of Leon, New Order, Kaiser Chiefs, Liam Gallagher and Beady Eye, Kasabian and many many more.
In 2015 I got engaged to my beautiful wife Laura in Venice (what can I say, i'm just an old romantic)
We started attending wedding fayres and seeing all the great suppliers on offer. It struck me that the industry has so many amazing ideas to help make a wedding as quirky and personal as you can imagine, but the DJ's on offer were all the same cheesy DJ's or DJ companies with all the equipment but none of the experience.
This is when I decided to use my own experience and passion for music to give weddings the packed dance-floors and memories that they deserve.
I have held residencies at some of the biggest venues in Birmingham including the 02 academy, 02 institute, The Rainbow Warehouse, Subside and have also been lucky enough to DJ at various festivals.
For the last 11 years I have run a famous night at legendary Birmingham venue "Actress & Bishop" playing a real mixed bag of music from Indie, rock and hip hop to dance, funk, soul and rock 'n' roll.
Laura is crazy for crafting, stand still long enough and she will sand you down and paint you. She made over 100 of these dream catchers for our save the dates.
We both LOVE Glastonbury and if you're there you'll either catch us crafting in the Green Fields or propping up the Brothers Bar in West Holts
Marc is a big Doctor Who fan. He can, and will (unfortunately) talk about it for hours.
This is our cat "Button". She likes The Beatles and wildlife documentaries. This is her watching David Attenborough's Planet Earth 2
